WINDSOR MILL - A 47-year-old Windsor Mill man is charged with possession of 10 copperheads, four eastern hog-nosed snakes and one timber rattlesnake. Maryland Natural Resources Police received a report that Steve Clagett was trying to sell copperhead snakes....
This guy even had copperheads in his CAR..... Sheesh!
